USER NAME (login):
Use your full @reninet.com email address. Note, you'll use @reninet.com here even if you receive mail as bobsmith@arcatanet.com.

Use Password Authentication.
Random Tech Tip:
If your internet service is suddenly sluggish or unresponsive, the first thing to try is to reboot your modem/router. Just unplug it and plug it back in again. You'd be surprised how often this mysteriously makes everything better!
If this fails, contact us. We'll test your line and if there's an issue, we can usually get a tech out to your location within 24 hours.
